Return & Refund Policy for Box of Humanity

1. Our CommitmentAt Love & Adventure LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with Box of Humanity. If your game arrives damaged or with missing components, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at www.boxofhumanity.com so we can make it right.

2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items

If there is a manufacturing defect or the product was damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include a photo of the damage in your initial email to expedite the process with our fulfillment partner, Quartermaster.

3. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)If you wish to return the game for any reason other than a defect:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: The game must be in its original, unopened shrink-wrap and in sellable condition.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • Refund Amount: Once the return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Please note that since initial shipping was included in your purchase price, we do not provide "return labels" or shipping reimbursements for standard returns.

4. Fulfillment Disclaimer

All orders are processed and shipped by our third-party partner, Quartermaster. Returns must be sent to the specific fulfillment address provided by our support team; do not "Return to Sender" without prior authorization, as this may result in the package being lost and a refund being denied.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Downloadable digital content (such as certain Facilitator’s Guide materials) and digital illustrations are non-refundable.
